Founded on experienced leadership
Compass Grant Management Solutions is a division of Patricia McDade, Inc., founded by Patricia Porter in 2012. Our work began in 2006 with PGM Associates, supporting federal agencies, cities, counties, and nonprofits.
Over the years, we’ve supported more than $1.5 billion in external funding and over $5 billion in total funding. That experience shaped how we work— careful, consistent, and focused on compliance and financial oversight.
Today, our team brings over 100 years of combined experience in grant management and compliance.
